In an exhilarating conclusion to the Tamworth Thursday Netball League, both divisions crowned their champions after ten thrilling weeks of intense competition.

In Division 1, River Blacks emerged victorious, outplaying their opponents and showcasing strategic gameplay that propelled them to the top of the leaderboard. With a remarkable total of 17 points and eight impressive victories, they proved to be the team to beat.

River Blacks and Rivers Divas delivered one of the standout contests of the season, while River Warriors also produced an impressive performance against River Hot Shots.

Over in Division 2, Rivers Swimmers rode the waves of success to claim the championship title, amassing a total of 16 points through seven triumphant wins. Another closely contested match saw River Chicks and River Rapids battle it out in an exciting encounter that highlighted the competitive spirit of the division.

This week's Most Valued Player honour goes to Sarah Lord from River Chicks. Despite her team's narrow defeat, Lord was a standout performer and played a crucial role in her team's overall success this season.

As we wrap up this riveting season, it's clear that all teams brought their A-game, and the results attest to the high level of competition and sportsmanship displayed throughout the league.
