Redditch Tuesday - Week 4!
In the Redditch Tuesday Netball league, week 4 of the season brought high energy and competitive spirit. This week's matches saw astounding results and thrilling performances, with Goal Divas, Betty's Comets, and an exciting draw between Redditch Rockets and Rebels.
In a hotly contested battle, Goal Divas beat The Tenacious 7 with an impressive score of 22-11. The Divas' powerful game and strategic play earned them the victory, edging them further up the league table.
However, the highest-scoring game of the evening was undeniably Betty’s Comets against Ball Hoggers, ending in a 26-7 victory for the Comets. The Hoggers, despite their loss, demonstrated true mettle and resilience on-court, contributing to the evening's thrilling competition.
In another match, Redditch Rockets and Rebels were deadlocked in a 17-17 draw, a testament to the closely matched skills and the intense competition that defines this season's league.
One player who stood tall amongst the rest was Amy-Rose Deffley from Ball Hoggers. Deffley, despite the team's loss, she delivered an outstanding performance and was crowned the most valued player of the week.
