League Week 3 Round-Up: Competitive Action Continues

Week 3 of the Tottington Tuesday netball League brought another evening of competitive and enjoyable fixtures, with teams continuing to build momentum as the season develops.

Goal Diggers and On The Rebound opened the night with a closely fought contest, with On The Rebound edging ahead 4–3 in a well-balanced match that could have gone either way.

Net Set Go! followed with a confident 7–2 win over Court Out. Their consistent teamwork and steady attacking play helped them maintain control throughout the game.

No Shot Sherlock delivered a strong performance against Block It Like It’s Hot!, securing a 9–4 victory. It was a positive team display, with players working well together across the court.

St Michaels rounded off the evening with a 7–3 win over Bury The Defence in another competitive fixture that showcased determination from both sides.

A special mention goes to Megan Pedler of No Shot Sherlock, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Her excellent work rate and all-round contribution made a real impact on her team’s performance.

As the Tottington Tuesday netball League moves into the next round of matches, teams will be looking to continue their progress in what is shaping up to be a closely contested season.
