Alfreton Social Netball - Weekly Update.

It was another great night in the Alfreton Social Netball on Monday evening with all teams in attendance once again which was great to see. 

Please be aware that we will be playing our last week at Genesis this week Monday 1st July and will return to the eutopia of Tibshelf on the 8th July.

Match Report

In an electrifying showdown in the Alfreton Monday Netball League, the stakes were high in week 8. The league has been a thrilling spectacle and this week did not disappoint with some of the season's most riveting matches.

Starting off strong, Flaming Divas managed to pull off a 10-7 victory against Raggydolls, proving their metal in a match filled with technical skill and strategic plays.

Meanwhile, Allstars worked the court with a staggering 17-3 win against Tibshelf Tigers, setting a benchmark for the division. Their scoring was on full display with their precise passes and swift interceptions.

Panthers also emerged victorious with a 14-2 win over Time To Shine. Despite the defeat, Time To Shine had their silver lining in the form of Heather Gunson, whose exceptional performance earned her the title of the most valued player for the week.

Lastly, in a nail-biting encounter, Passalona managed to secure a 16-13 victory against the Wild Ones. The match was a testament to the high standard of competition witnessed in the Alfreton Monday Social Netball League.

These games have set the tone for the rest of the tournament, with teams showcasing their skill and determination to fight for the top spot. As the competition intensifies, the focus now shifts to the next week's matches, where each team will look to outdo their previous performances and climb up the league table in a positive friendly way.
