Alfreton Monday Social Netball Update 15th April

In the latest round of fixtures in the Alfreton Monday Social Netball League held at Tibshelf Community School, all teams once again gathered to showcase their skills in an atmosphere filled with camaraderie and sportsmanship.

The first match of the day saw a spirited encounter between Tibshelf Tigers and Wild Ones. Despite the eventual 17-5 victory for Wild Ones, Emily Symmons of Tibshelf Tigers displayed exceptional determination and effort, earning her the Player of the Match award for her outstanding performance throughout the match.

In another closely contested match, Panthers faced off against Raggydolls. The Panthers managed to secure a narrow 8-5 victory over their opponents, demonstrating their resilience and teamwork on the court.

The matchup between Time To Shine and Passalona proved to be an intense battle, with both teams giving their all to secure victory. Ultimately, Passalona emerged triumphant with a 9-5 win. Becky Forster's stellar performance for Time To Shine earned her the Player of the Match award, highlighting her contributions to her team's efforts.

The highlight of the evening was the thrilling encounter between Allstars and Flaming Divas, described as the match of the night. In an end-to-end battle, Allstars emerged victorious with a 13-7 win over the Flaming Divas. Natasha Johnson from the Divas delivered an outstanding performance, showcasing her skills and determination throughout the match.

Overall, the Alfreton Monday Social Netball League continues to provide an exciting platform for teams to compete and showcase their talents. With each match, the teams demonstrate their commitment to the sport and uphold the spirit of camaraderie and fair play, making the league a success.
