Alfreton Monday Social Netball Update 12th August

The new season of the Alfreton Monday Netball League started this week in fine style with some closely contested matches.

The Allstars showed their mettle with a fine 17-4 triumph over the Tibshelf Tigers. The Flaming Divas scraped past the Raggydolls, clinching a narrow 9-7 victory in a match that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. Adding to the excitement, Passalona demonstrated their strong offensive prowess by outplaying Wild Ones with a decisive 17-7 win.

However, the most electrifying match of the evening was between Time To Shine and Panthers. Despite Time To Shine's dynamic plays, Panthers clinched the win with a score of 15-10, leaving fans eager for the rematch.

Among the standout players of the week, Hannah Molloy from Time To Shine was the star of the show, earning the title of "Most Valued Player". Molloy's performance was a masterclass in skill and agility, serving as an inspiration to her team and netball enthusiasts alike.
