Week 8 of the Alfreton Monday netball league brought another enjoyable evening of competitive and friendly netball, as teams took to the court with just two weeks remaining in the season. With the League table beginning to take shape, everyone gave their best in a positive and supportive atmosphere.

In the League, Raggydolls put in a strong performance against Time To Shine, earning a 16–3 victory. Their teamwork and communication on court helped them maintain control of the game and secure an important result as the season nears its conclusion.

A special mention goes to Tracey Leivers from Netty McNet Face, who was named Player of the Week. Tracey delivered a standout performance, showing great movement, awareness and consistency throughout her match. Her effort and positive attitude made a real difference for her team.

As we head into the final two weeks, teams will be looking to finish the season on a high and build momentum heading into the next one. While results matter, the league continues to showcase excellent sportsmanship and a strong sense of community each week.
