Play in the Alfreton Monday social netball league
It was another enjoyable evening of competition in week 7 of the Alfreton Monday Netball League, with teams continuing to show great enthusiasm and teamwork throughout. The League delivered some entertaining matchups, with players giving their all and supporting one another on court.
In one of the evening’s fixtures, Netty McNet Face secured a well-earned 11–3 win over the Raggydolls. Both teams approached the game with positive energy, creating an engaging contest and plenty of encouraging moments from start to finish.
Netty McNet Face demonstrated strong teamwork across the court, combining solid defensive work with some confident attacking play. Their consistency throughout the match helped them build a steady lead and take the win.
The Raggydolls showed great determination and spirit, continuing to compete for every ball and supporting each other until the final whistle. Their attitude and resilience remain a real asset to the League, and they’ll no doubt be looking ahead to next week with optimism.
As we head into week 8, the League table is beginning to take shape, and it’s fantastic to see the continued commitment from all teams involved. With plenty more netball still to come, there’s lots to look forward to in the weeks ahead.
