Play in the Alfreton Monday Social Netball League

Week six of the Alfreton Monday Social Netball League brought another evening of competitive and enjoyable matches, with teams in the League continuing to build momentum as the season progresses.

Netty McNet Face took on the Panthers in one of this week’s fixtures. The Panthers put in a strong and organised performance, earning a 16-2 win. Netty McNet Face continued to work hard throughout the match, showing great determination, with Tracey Leivers delivering a particularly impressive display.

Tracey was deservedly named this week’s most valued player. Her commitment, movement and positive attitude on court stood out, and she played an important role for her team.

In another League match, Time To Shine faced the Raggydolls in a closely contested game. Both teams showed good teamwork and resilience, with Time To Shine securing an 11-8 victory after a competitive battle from start to finish.

Although the top scorers are yet to be confirmed, all teams have shown great effort and sportsmanship so far this season. The positive atmosphere and commitment on court continue to make the Alfreton Monday Social Netball League an enjoyable competition for everyone involved.

With week seven approaching, there is still plenty to play for as teams look to keep improving and building confidence.
