In the heat of a captivating week of Netball, the Alfreton Monday League displayed some incredible performances, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead. The division saw some exciting clashes, with teams battling it out in an electrifying week 2 showdown.

Flaming Divas took on Netty McNet Face, where we saw a compelling display of skill and teamwork. The Divas emerged victorious with a 9-2 scoreline. Netty McNet Face, however, didn't go down without a fight, with star player Rachel Bishop standing out amidst the fierce competition. Rachel was named the Most Valued Player of the week, showcasing her extraordinary skills earning her the well-deserved accolade.

Meanwhile, the match between Panthers and Passalona was a sight to behold. Panthers roared to a 14-3 win over Passalona. In another high scoring encounter, Tibshelf Tigers took on Time To Shine and managed a 19-3 win. 

This week's games have set a precedent for the rest of the season. The teams are geared up and promise more thrilling contests in the coming weeks. As the season progresses, the division of the Alfreton Monday League continues to be the talk of the town, with fierce competition and outstanding individual performances lighting up the league.
