Alfreton Monday Netball League 25th November

The curtain has risen on the Alfreton Monday Netball league, and this season has started with a bang. The division, known for its thrilling matches and high levels of competition, did not disappoint in the inaugural week.

The week kicked off with Tibshelf Tigers clashing with Allstars in an electrifying match. The Allstars shined bright, outscoring Tibshelf Tigers 17-10. While the Tigers showed their tenacity, the Allstars proved to be too strong, taking home the first win of the season.

Next, Raggydolls and Flaming Divas took to the court in an intense battle. The Raggydolls managed to pull ahead and clinch the victory with a score of 12-7. Despite the defeat, the Flaming Divas showcased their skills and promise an exciting season.

The Premier League's top scorers for the week, Passalona, demonstrated their prowess on the court with a convincing 15-5 win against Netty McNet Face. Despite the result, Netty McNet Face's player, Rachel O Shea, emerged as the most valued player of the week, proving that individual brilliance can shine through, even in the face of defeat.

However, the week's biggest victory margin was seen in the match between Time To Shine and Panthers. The Panthers roared their way to victory with an impressive score of 17-4, showing off their scoring capabilities and setting the pace for what promises to be an exciting season.

As we enter the second week of the season, all teams in the division will be looking to improve on their performances. The excitement is palpable, the competition fierce, and the stage set for another thrilling week of Netball in the Alfreton Monday league.
