As the thrilling seventh week of the Alfreton Monday League netball games wrapped up, we were treated to some spectacular performances, unexpected results, and standout players. The games were full of excitement, suspense and nail-biting finishes, proving this league is a hotbed of fierce competition.

The standout game of the evening saw the Tibshelf Tigers claw their way to victory over the Flaming Divas with a final score of 14-9. 

Meanwhile, the Allstars shone bright in their encounter with Time To Shine, doubling their score in a 16-5 triumph. The Allstars demonstrated exceptional teamwork and adaptability, highlighting their determination to keep their strong position in the league.

However, the spotlight belonged to the Panthers as they roared to a decisive 14-4 victory over Netty McNet Face. Despite the result, Netty McNet Face's very own Roxanne Mcnalty stood out as the most valuable player of the week. Mcnalty's extraordinary agility, pinpoint shooting, and unrivalled defensive skills were awe-inspiring to watch, even in the face of her team's loss.

This week’s results have further intensified the competition in the League, setting the stage for an epic second half of the season. With the likes of Roxanne Mcnalty continuing to demonstrate exceptional play, we are sure to be treated to more phenomenal games in the weeks to come.
