Additional night coming soon...

It was a great night in the Alfreton Monday social netball league with all teams in attendance as usual. All games were played in great spirit and it was an enjoyable evening all round. 

Sadly, we didn't get off to the greatest of starts as one of the players from Time to Shine injured her finger (Ouch)! in the opening minutes of the game. I have spoken with the player this morning to make sure that she was ok. Sadly she has broken her finger and will be out for a few weeks.

Unfortunately this wasn't the only injury of the night as a player from Allstars pulled her calf muscle and had to hobble off the court, she did manage to drive home and we look forward to seeing her return to court. 

We would like to wish both players a speedy recovery.

We also have some good news and will soon be starting an additional  night in Alfreton. We will be announcing this shortly so keep checking the website and we will update this as soon as we have dotted the i's and crossed the t's with the facility. 

If you know of anyone who would like to join the league feel free to bring them along to get involved. We do ask that all players sign up via the website so that we can invite them to the private Facebook group.
