Week 5 of the Winsford Wednesday netball league brought another evening of enjoyable and competitive matches, with teams continuing to build momentum as the season progresses.

The opening game saw Clued Up In Pink take on Honey Bees, with Clued Up In Pink coming away with a 23–16 win after a well-balanced performance. Honey Bees showed good effort throughout but were unable to close the gap.

Shots And Giggles delivered a strong display against Fast And Furious, securing an 18–6 result. Kate Robinson stood out during the match and was named player of the week for her contribution on court.

In the next fixture, Rule Breakers recorded a 16–8 win over Winsford Wasps in a game that saw consistent play from both sides.

The final match of the evening featured Underdogs and Throw & Behold, with Underdogs earning a 12–7 victory in a closely contested game.

Overall, it was another positive night of netball, with all teams showing good teamwork and determination. As the weeks go on, the league table will continue to take shape, and it will be interesting to see how teams progress.
