SUNDAY NETBALL LEAGUE – STRONG PERFORMANCES AND GROWING CONFIDENCE
Week 3 of the Sunday league offered another enjoyable
evening of netball, with teams continuing to develop their play and support one
another both on and off the court.
In the first match, the Emeralds took on the Diamonds.
Despite a valiant effort from the Emeralds, the Diamonds dominated the game
with consistent passing and sharp shooting, finishing the match with a decisive
10-2 win. The Emeralds showed flashes of promise, particularly from newer
players still finding their rhythm.
In the second game, the Violet Vipers faced the Pearls. The
Vipers delivered a confident and fast-paced performance, pulling ahead early
and maintaining a strong lead throughout. The Pearls worked hard to respond,
but the Vipers proved too strong on the night, taking the win 19-10.
