Play in the Daventry Sunday Netball League

DAVENTRY SUNDAY NETBALL LEAGUE KICKS OFF THE SEASON IN DIVISION 1

The first week of the Daventry Sunday Netball League has seen some electric performances as the season kicked off with Division 1 teams going head to head.

The more experienced team Violet Vipers dazzled with their exceptional skills to win the game emphatically, but Black Diamonds kept their heads and played so well in their first game together. Whilst Vipers are surely riding high on confidence and look to be the early favourites this season, Diamonds will soon be sparkling.

The second match of the day was a much closer affair. Green Emeralds and White Pearls engaged in a nail-biting duel that kept spectators on the edge of their seats. The Pearls took the win, by just one point in a thrilling 10-9 finish. This contest set the tone for what promises to be a fiercely competitive season in Division 1. Great shooting from both sides!

Division 1 of the Daventry Sunday Netball league has kicked off with high spirits and exciting matches as well as great teamwork and camaradarie with players helping out and coaching their opponents who were new to the game.
