In the world Netball, a new season has just kicked off, promising thrilling action and nail-biting competition. The league's first week was marked by an exciting showdown with some teams already rising to the top.

The Oxford Sunday Netball League is off to a rousing start with the Court Queens demonstrating their dominance. They claimed an impressive 14-5 victory over Nets Go To The Pub, setting the tone for what promises to be an exhilarating season.

In a match that came down to the wire, Shooting Stars narrowly edged out The Full Oxperience in a 3-2 thriller. These early results have set a high bar for the coming weeks of the season, with the division's top teams already emerging.

However, in spite of The Full Oxperience's defeat, one player stood out. Tess O'Neill's performance earnt her the title of Most Valued Player for the week.
