The second week of Hereford Monday's Netball league brought a wave of excitement, intense competition, and a display of top-tier skills as the League teams faced off.

In the League, the evening was all about edge-of-seat action, with the Lightning and Net Wizards clashing in a fiercely contested game. From the onset, both teams showed their grit and determination to secure a victory. The match was a thrilling see-saw of scores until the final whistle blew, with the Net Wizards just managing to edge past Lightning with a narrow 13-12 victory.

Meanwhile, in another part of the League, a storm of a different kind was brewing. The Tornadoes went head-to-head with The Defenders in a game that promised to be a thrilling encounter. The Defenders, however, had other plans and put on an absolute masterclass in netball. They completely dominated the match, leaving the Tornadoes in their wake with a victory of 27-6.

The major highlight of the week was the riveting performance of Nicola Holgate from The Defenders. Holgate was the star of the show, displaying exemplary skills and court vision that stood out, earning her the most valued player of the week.
