In a heated competition that had spectators on the edge of their seats, Hereford Monday's Netball league ended its 14th and final week of the season last night. The division, the league's highest level of competition, boasted some of the most exhilarating matches of the season.

The electrifying match between Lightning and Wye Valley Wonders saw Wye Valley clinch a 9-5 victory. The team showcased their exceptional skills, delivering powerful performances that proved too strong for Lightning. Their cohesive play and strategic maneuvers left audiences in awe and oppositions in defeat.

Yet, the night belonged to The Defenders. The team emerged as the triumphant winners of the Premier League division, collecting a total of 24 points and a remarkable 11 wins throughout the season. Their victory was the result of consistent performance, teamwork, and sheer determination that was evident throughout the season.

As the curtains fell on this season's Premier League division, we witnessed some outstanding netball, a testament to the calibre of the teams participating. The Defenders led the charge and emerged as the top scorers in the division.

As we bid farewell to this season, we look forward to welcoming back these high-caliber teams next season, starting next week 17th March, where they will continue to battle it out on the netball court. Congratulations to The Defenders and all participating teams for an unforgettable season.
