Gloucester Wednesday night netball - week 9
The Court Queens took victory over High Hoops with a final score of 14-6. Their impressive form and team dynamics saw an unstoppable rise, defeating their opponents with a significant margin. Nevertheless, High Hoops fought resolutely, displaying their unwavering passion for the sport.
The Hoop Hustlers also had a successful outing, beating the Footy Mums by 11-2. Both teams battling right up until the final whistle.
However, the night belonged to the Flaming Hustlers who emerged as the high-scorers of the league, defeating Shooters with a score line of 17- 3 despite the loss shooters put a valiant fight and showcased some great netball skills.
The highlight of the evening was the stellar performance of Amy Lawes from team Footy Mums. Despite her team's loss, Lawes shone brightly on the court. Her exceptional skill set, determination, and sportsmanship earned her the title of the 'Most Valued Player' of the week, leaving an undeniable mark on the league.
