Congratulations to this seasons winners Hoop Hustlers and our runners up Court Queens, also a huge well done to Sarah Cockerill from Shooters who was crowned the most valued player of the season.

The Game times for next week have been published, however I am still waiting to confirm the venue, I will be in touch with all teams as soon as this has been confirmed.

The week's matches were packed with thrilling performances and nail-biting finishes, truly underscoring the competitive spirit of the teams involved. The Shooters and Court Queens clash ended with a 6-4 score in favour of the latter, displaying their indomitable will to win. Meanwhile, the Hoop Hustlers lived up to their reputation, outmanoeuvring the Flaming Hustlers with a 6-3 score.

However, the highlight of the week was undoubtedly the High Hoops vs Footy Mums match, ending in a tense 9-9 draw. This match will be remembered for its high-octane action, strategic game-play, and the sheer will of both teams, who refused to give an inch.

As we bid farewell to another season of the Gloucester Wednesday Netball League, we salute the Hoop Hustlers, our league victors, and all the teams for their unwavering determination and sportsmanship. With the curtain falling on this season, fans eagerly await the next, where these fierce rivalries will resume once more.
