Leicester Wednesday Netball Update 4th February

The competitive spirit was evident on Wednesday night in the 10th week of the season for the Leicester Wednesday Netball. The night showed its prowess with all the teams putting their best foot forward. 

Natterjacks and Shooting Stars gave spectators a game to remember, with an intense neck to neck showdown that resulted in a nail-biting finish. Natterjacks edged out Shooting Stars in a close contest, with a final score of 10 - 9, securing their position.

Meanwhile, a skilful display was on show in the match between The Allsorts and Seagrave Squirrels. Seagrave Squirrels secured a 27 - 21 victory over The Allsorts. This game undoubtedly made a significant impact on the standings.

In another exciting matchup, Wreake Havoc secured a victory over Court Queens, with a scoreline of 21 - 3. Their top-notch performance has certainly sent a strong message to their rivals.

Despite the strong competition, Nets Top Models managed a win over Give Us A Shot with a score of 14 - 2. The Models showed excellent teamwork and strategy, making them a team to watch in the upcoming weeks.

The highlight of the evening was the performance of Rose Lowry from Seagrave Squirrels, who demonstrated exceptional skills and tactics, earning the esteemed title of the most valued player of the week. Her performance was nothing short of extraordinary and will be remembered by all those present.

Each game was a testament to the spirit and skill of the players, making for a thrilling round of games.
