Leicester Wednesday Netball Update 28th January

High-energy action was the name of the game Wednesday evening in the ninth week of the Leicester Wednesday Netball. The exceptional performances by the teams left spectators on the edge of their seats.

In the first match, Natterjacks claimed a 22-3 victory over Give Us A Shot. Despite the defeat, Give Us A Shot's Laura Andrews was recognised as the most valued player of the week, showing that individual brilliance can shine through even in challenging circumstances.

Next up, Court Queens took on Nets Top Models in a nail-biting encounter. Despite their best efforts, Court Queens were defeated 14-2 by Nets Top Models, who brought their A-game to the court.

Seagrave Squirrels and Wreake Havoc battled it out in what was undoubtedly one of the most thrilling matches of the evening. Seagrave Squirrels came out on top, showcasing their skills in a 16-9 victory that left the audience in awe.

Finally, The Allsorts took on the formidable Shooting Stars in a highly anticipated clash. The Shooting Stars lived up to their reputation, clinching a 22-13 victory, ending the evening on a high note.

As we move closer to the season's climax, only time will tell how the rest of the season will unfold. Despite the fierce competition, the spirit of sportsmanship remains steadfast in the Leicester Wednesday Netball. One thing is for sure, though, the players are not holding back, and we can't wait to see what happens next.
