Tewkesbury Sunday night netball - week 2
Super Troupers played against Dancing Queens in a nail-biting encounter. Despite a valiant effort by Super Troupers, they couldn't secure a victory and suffered a narrow defeat with a final score of 10-12. It was a captivating showdown that kept everyone on the edge of their seats till the final whistle.
The other league match saw Gimme! The Ball and Voulez-Vous engaged in a match. A flurry of passes, interceptions, and well-aimed shots resulted in Gimme! The Ball emerging victorious with a score of 13-10. Both teams battling right up until the final whistle.
The star of the week was, undoubtedly, Danielle Salter from Voulez-Vous. Despite her team's loss, Salter's exceptional performance on the court earned her the Most Valued Player title. Her agility, strategic gameplay, and accurate shooting were noteworthy and are sure to make her a marked player in future matches.
