The Shrewsbury Sunday Netball League reached new heights of excitement in its third week, especially in the division, where the competition was fierce, and the play was nothing short of extraordinary.

In a thrilling contest, Bear Steppers managed to outshine Shrew D'you Think You Are? in a tight match, ending with a 9-6 victory. Lisa Gunn, the star player from Bear Steppers, stood out with her exceptional performance and was undeniably the most valued player of the week. Her outstanding prowess on the court was instrumental in the hard-earned victory.

In another nail-biting face-off, Severn Sisters narrowly lost to Snooze You Shrews with a scoreline of 9-8. The match was a rollercoaster of emotions, with both teams showcasing incredible skill and determination. 

However, the match of the week was arguably the contest between Quarry Queens and Darwin's Crew. Darwin's Crew emerged victorious with a 9-1 win. 

The division of the Shrewsbury Sunday League is proving to be an arena of exceptional talent and thrilling competition. As we look ahead to the rest of the season, we can only expect the intensity to escalate and the performances to reach even greater heights.
