It was a very positive evening at the Biggleswade Sunday Netball League as teams returned for week 9 with plenty of smiles, encouragement and great teamwork on show.
Purple Shooters and Hoops There It Is shared an energetic game, finishing 23–7. There was some confident shooting and lovely passages of play throughout, with both teams supporting each other from start to finish.
Hoop Hustlers faced Risk Takers in an enjoyable match, ending 12–2. It was great to see strong communication and determination on court, with everyone giving their all.
Stratton Sisters and Wildcats played out one of the closest games of the night, with Stratton Sisters just edging it 7–6. It was a well-balanced contest and a brilliant team effort from both sides.
Spice Goals and No Net No Sweat rounded off the evening with a 14–11 result in a lively and entertaining match. A special mention goes to Yasmin Hussain from Spice Goals, who was named Most Valued Player this week. Her movement, accuracy and positive attitude really stood out.
Overall, it was a fantastic and very positive evening of social netball, full of teamwork, encouragement and great spirit across all games.
