Biggleswade Sunday Netball Update - Week 3

Week 3 of the Biggleswade Sunday Netball League brought another great evening of social netball, with plenty of teamwork, effort, and enjoyable matches across the board.

Purple Shooters had a strong game against No Net No Sweat, coming away with a 24–5 win. Their passing and movement really clicked, helping them build confidence throughout the match.

Winging It and Hoops There It Is played out a closely fought game, with Winging It taking a 12–7 win. Both teams showed great defensive effort and worked hard for every ball.

Kiss My Pass and Hoop Hustlers also had a lively match, with Kiss My Pass securing a 12–7 win. It was a fun, well-matched game with lots of positive play from both sides.

Wildcats enjoyed a good game against Block It Like It’s Hot, finishing 15–6. A special mention goes to Jodie Upson from Block It Like It’s Hot, who earned Player of the Week for her brilliant effort and great attitude on court.

The final game between Stratton Sisters and Spice Goals was a real highlight, ending in a very close 18–17 win for Spice Goals. It was a great match to watch, with both teams showing fantastic teamwork and determination right until the final whistle.

As the season continues, it’s great to see all teams enjoying their netball, supporting each other, and improving week by week. We’re looking forward to more fun and friendly games ahead.
