Biggleswade Sunday Netball Update - Week 1

A Brilliant Start to the Season in Biggleswade!

The new season of the Biggleswade Sunday 7-a-side netball league got off to a fantastic start, with a great evening of fun, teamwork and plenty of positive energy on court.

Wildcats took on Purple Shooters in the opening game, with Purple Shooters putting in a strong performance to win 17–6. Stratton Sisters faced Hoop Hustlers next, with Hustlers coming away with an 11–6 win after a really enjoyable match.

Spice Goals and Hoops There It Is also had a great game, with Spice Goals securing a 14–7 win through some lovely teamwork. No Net No Sweat had a confident game against Block It Like It’s Hot, finishing 23–2.

A big shoutout goes to Katie Sutton from Kiss My Pass, who was named Player of the Week for her fantastic performance and effort on court – well done!

It was a great start to the season with lots of encouragement, smiles and support from all teams. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back for more netball in the coming weeks!
