Play in the Stratford-upon-avon Sunday Netball league powered by You Play Netball

The second week of the season took place at Stratford Leisure Centre, where an enjoyable evening of social netball unfolded. Regardless of the experience level, all the players participated wholeheartedly and created a welcoming atmosphere. The Stratford Leisure Centre was filled with the spirit of camaraderie, sportsmanship, and team bonding.

The first match of the evening saw Get The Rebound and Stratford Darlings share the court. Both teams displayed remarkable teamwork and commitment. The game ended with Stratford Darlings finishing with a score of 13-10. It was a game played in great spirit and positive energy, a testament to the friendliness and inclusivity of the league.

Next came Rogue Angels and Star Hoops. The match was filled with enthusiasm and sportsmanship that was contagious. Star Hoops managed to hold onto their lead, finishing the game with a score of 7-5.

Golden Eagles and Girls Of Glory played an energetic game. Their determination was evidently visible on the court and in the final score of 11-7, favoring Girls Of Glory. Despite the score, both teams left the court with smiles, exemplifying the positive spirit of the game.

The last match of the evening brought together Court Queens and Goal Diggers - two teams that radiated positive vibes throughout the match. Court Queens, demonstrating great teamwork, finished the game with 16-3 on the scoreboard.

A special mention must go to the Most Valued Player of the week, Suzanna Smith from Rogue Angels. Her positive energy and movement around the court were recognized not only by her teammates but also by her opponents. Her enthusiasm for the game was infectious and appreciated by all.

As we look forward to Week 3, we anticipate another evening filled with friendly social netball. A platform to keep active, meet new people, and develop netball skills in a supportive environment.
