Play in the Stratford-upon-avon Sunday Netball league powered by You Play Netball

The heartwarming atmosphere at Stratford Leisure Centre was palpable this past Sunday, as players of all experience levels gathered for an exhilarating evening of social netball. It was Week 13 of the action-packed season, and the sense of camaraderie shone as brightly as the court lights.

The first match saw the Rogue Angels take on the Girls of Glory. The game concluded with a score of 13-6 in favor of the Girls of Glory. Regardless of the scoreline, both teams exhibited remarkable teamwork, commitment and sportsmanship. The positive energy on the court was infectious, making it an enjoyable game played in wonderful spirit.

Next up, Star Hoops faced Get The Rebound in a thrilling encounter. The final whistle saw Star Hoops end the game with 20 points to Get The Rebound's 13. Both teams demonstrated an admirable level of commitment, and the game carried an undeniable buzz of enjoyment, reflecting the essence of social netball.

The third match was a close encounter between Stratford Darlings and Court Queens. It ended with Stratford Darlings edging out a 17-16 victory. The spirit of the game was exemplary, reflecting the core values of sportsmanship, positive energy, and a shared love for the game.

A special mention goes to Lucy White from Star Hoops, who was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Her enthusiasm, movement around the court, and positive contribution were appreciated not only by her teammates, but also by her gracious opponents.
