Last Sunday marked the 10th week of a fantastic season of social netball at the Stratford Leisure Centre. The welcoming atmosphere was electric, as players young and old, experienced and beginners, gathered for another great night of fun-filled netball.

The first match set the evening off to an incredible start with Get The Rebound and Goal Diggers. Get The Rebound finished the game with a score of 13-5. Despite the scoreline, both teams displayed an excellent level of sportsmanship, commitment, and positive energy, making it an enjoyable game played in the true spirit of the sport.

Next up were the Girls of Glory and Court Queens. The match was a close contest with Girls Of Glory ending the game victorious with a score of 15-12. It was a testament to the power of teamwork, not forgetting the camaraderie and sheer joy of the game that each player demonstrated.

Lastly, Rogue Angels and Star Hoops came onto the court. The Rogue Angels managed to secure 12 points against Star Hoops' 4. It was a joy to watch the players motivate each other and move around the court with precision and grace, a clear indication of their growing netball skills.

A special mention goes out to our Most Valued Player of the evening. Their enthusiasm and movement around the court were infectious. Their positive contribution was greatly appreciated by both their teammates and opponents alike, underlining the collaborative and friendly environment that social netball fosters.
