Play in the Stratford-upon-avon Sunday Netball league powered by You Play Netball

It was a delightful evening at Stratford Leisure Centre where Week 7 of the social netball season took place. A welcoming atmosphere filled the air as players of all experience levels came together for a thrilling night of netball. The evening was buzzing with a sense of camaraderie and shared joy in the sport we all love.

The first game saw Goal Diggers play against Stratford Darlings. Displaying a wonderful example of sportsmanship and team spirit, Stratford Darlings concluded the game with a score of 26-6. Despite the score difference, Goal Diggers demonstrated a commendable commitment and maintained their positive energy throughout the match.

The second match featured Court Queens and Star Hoops. The game was intense and engaging, with both teams showcasing great teamwork and sporting qualities. The Court Queens ended the game with a score of 20-14, showing their dedication and effort on the court.

The third game was between Get The Rebound and Rogue Angels. Throughout the game, both teams displayed a fantastic commitment to the sport. Rogue Angels finished the game with a score of 13-5. Each player contributed positively to this enjoyable game, played in the best spirit of social netball.

Girls Of Glory and Golden Eagles played the final match of the evening. Both teams displayed immense enthusiasm and sportsmanship. Girls Of Glory finished the game with a score of 20-4, but the Golden Eagles' positive aura and team spirit were inspiring to witness.

A special mention goes to Marcia Cox from Get The Rebound, who was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Marcia's enthusiastic play and movement around the court were exceptional. Her positive contribution was appreciated by both teammates and opponents alike, and she truly embodied the spirit of social netball.

As we look ahead to Week 8, we're excited for another evening of friendly social netball. It's about more than just the sport. It's about keeping active, meeting new people, and developing your netball skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. We can't wait for yet another night of fun, fitness, and friendship!
