Sunday night brought another brilliant evening of netball as teams returned to the court for week three. The energy was high, the support was loud, and every team gave it their all in a fantastic showcase of local talent.

Rogue Angels took on Star Hoops in a match that promised plenty of excitement. Rogue Angels came out strong, moving the ball beautifully down the court and working tirelessly in defence. Star Hoops battled hard and showed great determination throughout, but the Angels’ sharp teamwork and quick transitions made for a standout performance.

Court Queens faced Girls Of Glory in another entertaining contest. Court Queens made a confident start and showed some lovely passages of play, but Girls Of Glory found their rhythm and demonstrated excellent communication and teamwork. It was a great game to watch, with both teams showing real commitment and passion.

A special shoutout goes to Flora Lindsay from Girls Of Glory, who was named Most Valued Player this week. Her quick thinking, accurate shooting and incredible work rate made a huge impact on the game. She was a constant presence on court and fully deserved the recognition for her outstanding performance.

With each week, the league continues to grow in excitement and team spirit. It’s fantastic to see so much enthusiasm, sportsmanship and support across all the teams. We can’t wait to see what next Sunday has in store!
