In an exhilarating second week of the Buxton Thursday 7-a-side Netball League, the Premier League division saw some exceptional play, marked by both skill and sportsmanship.

The division's high-flying team, Buxton Ballers were in ripping form, scoring a massive victory over Shooting Stars with a score of 22-4. The Ballers showcased supreme dominance in the court, leaving no room for the Stars to make a comeback.

In another clash, Spring Into Action triumphed over Rock N Goal in a tight encounter, finishing with a final score of 10-7. Notably, though Rock N Goal suffered a defeat, their player Anna Oldfield was named the most valued player of the week. Oldfield's performance was a standout, demonstrating noteworthy skill, agility and strategic play, making her an asset to the Rock N Goal squad.

The other Premier League matchup saw the Pointer Sisters secure a solid victory over No Bux Given, ending the game at 13-4. The Pointer Sisters executed a perfect game plan, showcasing their strong passing game and impeccable shooting accuracy, landing them a much-deserved win.
