Buxton Thursday Week 4 - 14/5/26

Week 4 of the Buxton Thursday Netball League brought another evening of great teamwork, energy, and enjoyable matches as teams took to the court in the League Division.

Buxton Ballers had a strong game against Rock N Goal, finishing with a 25-8 win. Rock N Goal’s Emma Gardner was named Most Valued Player of the week thanks to her fantastic effort, determination, and positive impact throughout the match.

Pointer Sisters and Spring Into Action also shared a closely contested game, with Spring Into Action coming away with a 12-8 victory. Both teams showed plenty of skill and teamwork in a match that stayed competitive from start to finish.

The closest game of the evening saw No Bux Given face Buxton Babes in an exciting contest. Buxton Babes narrowly secured the win 12-10 after a hard-fought match that could have gone either way.

Overall, week 4 was full of encouraging performances, great sportsmanship, and plenty of memorable moments on court. With the season continuing to build, teams will be looking forward to another enjoyable round of fixtures in week 5.
