This week in our Buxton Thursday Social Netball we saw Spring Into Action triumph over Pointer Sisters with a score of 11-4. They took control of the game from the get-go, showcasing their exceptional team synergy and smart playmaking. On the other hand, Pointer Sisters, despite their loss, didn't fall short in their performance. The most valued player of the week emerged from their ranks, a player named Liz Chadwick, whose agility, skill, and tactical playmaking were a sight to behold.
In a nail-biting contest, No Bux Given clashed with Rock N Goal, resulting in a 14-13 victory for the former. The match went down to the wire, with each team continuously trading the lead, but No Bux Given finally edged out their rivals with superb defensive play in the final quarter.
Finally, the Buxton Ballers secured a 16-7 victory over the Buxton Beauts. Their offensive prowess and impeccable defence made it a tough game for the Beauts. The Ballers' performance demonstrated their determination and commitment, solidifying their position as a formidable contender in the League.
