What an invigorating evening of social netball it was at St Francis of Assisi! Week 3 of the season saw players of varied experience levels uniting for a beautiful display of sportsmanship and camaraderie. Everyone was imbued with an energetic vibe, contributing to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that made the night all the more enjoyable.

Our first match of the night kicked off with the Sutton Ballers sharing the court with the Flaming Divas. With a spirit-filled game that ended in a score of 23-7 in favor of Flaming Divas, both teams exemplified teamwork and a commitment to each other, punctuating the game with bursts of positive energy.

Next up, the court was graced by Step Aside and Time To Shine. Concluding with a score of 19-6 in favor of Time To Shine, the game was nothing short of a testament to the players' sportsmanship. The joyous atmosphere was palpable, with both teams playing in great spirits.

The evening's final match saw the Aldridge Allsorts pitted against High Hoops. The game concluded with a score of 28-9 to High Hoops. Despite the outcome, the teams demonstrated exceptional camaraderie and sportsmanship. Their enthusiasm and commitment were the highlight of the game.

A special mention goes to Jessica Moore from Flaming Divas, who earned the Most Valued Player of the week. Jessica's enthusiasm, movement around the court, and positive contribution were appreciated by teammates and opponents alike. Her presence set an exemplary precedent for the players.

As we look ahead to Week 4, we're eager for another evening of friendly social netball. Whether it's for keeping active, meeting new people, or developing netball skills, we welcome everyone to join us in a supportive environment.
