Week 9 of the Walsall Sunday Social Netball League brought another evening packed with fun, competitive games, and fantastic teamwork from all teams involved.

Flaming Divas kicked things off with a hard-fought 12-9 win over Step Aside in a closely contested match. Both teams played brilliantly, but Flaming Divas just managed to edge ahead.

Sutton Ballers also impressed on the night, securing a strong 12-6 victory against Saddlers with some excellent passing and movement around the court.

One of the standout games of the evening saw Time To Shine take on Net Set Go. Both teams gave it their all, with Time To Shine coming away with a well-earned 13-5 win after an energetic and entertaining game.

High Hoops and Goal Getters delivered one of the closest matches of the night, with High Hoops narrowly taking the victory 15-13 in a brilliant contest from start to finish.

A huge congratulations goes to Rachel Knight from Net Set Go, who was named Player of the Week. Rachel’s determination, effort, and fantastic play throughout the match really stood out on the court.

Well done to every team for another great week of netball — we can’t wait to see what Week 10 brings!
