Week 5 at the Redditch Thursday Night YouPlay Netball League
Week 5 brought another enjoyable evening of netball, with teams continuing to build their confidence and teamwork—especially in the Premier League division.
In one of the week’s matches, Goal Diggers and Game Of Throws met in a friendly but well-contested game. Both teams showed great effort throughout, with Game Of Throws coming away with a 13–7 win. It was a positive display from both sides, highlighting teamwork, improvement, and a great spirit on court.
A special mention goes to Sinead Henson of the Golden Goalers, who was named Most Valued Player this week. Her contribution and attitude on the court stood out and played an important role in her team’s performance.
We’re still waiting to confirm the top scorers for the Premier League, which will be shared soon.
As the league continues, it’s great to see teams developing each week and enjoying their netball together. We’re looking forward to more fun, friendly matches in the coming weeks.
