Redditch Thursday Youplay Netball League 2025-12-04

Week five of the Redditch Thursday 7-a-side Netball League was full of energy and enjoyment as teams took to the court for another round of entertaining matchups. The Premier League division once again delivered plenty of great moments, teamwork, and supportive sideline atmosphere.

In one of the evening’s feature games, Nets Top Model and Game of Throws shared a lively and action-packed contest. Game of Throws finished with a 21–8 win, but both teams showed fantastic spirit, with Nets Top Model continuing to push forward and support each other right to the end.

Innovate Ballers and Redditch Ravens followed with an engaging match full of determination on both sides. The Ravens secured a 16–11 result, but the Ballers played with great heart, creating a warm and encouraging environment on court.

Golden Goalers and The Flyballers rounded out the night with another enjoyable matchup. The Goalers put in a spirited performance, while The Flyballers’ dynamic play helped them secure a 14–9 finish. Both teams contributed to a fun, friendly atmosphere that kept spectators smiling.

A special mention goes to Karen Cokayne from Golden Goalers, who was named the most valued player of the week. Her impressive skills and positive presence stood out, earning well-deserved recognition from teammates and opponents alike.

As the season continues, the Premier League division promises more exciting, social, and community-driven netball action — and everyone is looking forward to seeing what the coming weeks bring!
