The Redditch Thursday's Netball League witnessed a night of nerve-wracking competition and stunning displays of sportsmanship as the teams clashed on the court in the 8th week of the season.

The night opened with an intense match between Game Of Throws and Redditch Ravens, ending in a narrow victory for the Ravens with a scoreline of 20-17. The Ravens, showcasing their sheer talent and grit, proved why they’re a force to be reckoned with in the league.

In the second face-off of the evening, Nets Top Model emerged victorious against The Flyballers. Despite a keenly contested match, Nets Top Model managed to secure a firm 16-11 win, further solidifying their position in the league.

The final match of the night saw Golden Goalers going up against Innovate Ballers. The Goalers exhibited excellent team effort and strategy, triumphing with a score of 11-7.

However, the star of the evening was undoubtedly Sophia Cooper from Innovate Ballers. Her brilliant performance on the court earned her the title of the most valued player for the week. Cooper’s exceptional skills and determination made her stand out, demonstrating the intensity and passion that characterises this sport.

With only two weeks left of the season, the fierce competition is far from over. Teams are encouraged to secure their places for the next season, promising more thrilling netball action.
