In the League, the Shooting Stars demonstrated their mettle with an outstanding performance, dominating the Redditch Ravens with a final score of 18-5. Their unyielding offense and impenetrable defense were the perfect combination that brought them the victory.

However, the story of the night was the extraordinary performance of Vicky Lammas from Redditch Ravens. Despite their team's result, Lammas rose above the challenges and showcased her exceptional skills on the court. The Game Of Throws faced a tough defeat against The Flyballers, who were in top form, finishing with a score of 17-5. The Flyballers' impressive teamwork and impressive goal shooting set them apart and put them on the winning side of the match.

The Nets Top Model showcased their talent against the Golden Goalers in a more balanced game that ended with a score of 11-7. This game truly embodied the spirit of the sport, with both teams putting up a fierce fight.
