Week 8 Round-Up – Canterbury Monday Netball League
Week eight of the Canterbury Monday Netball League brought another evening of enjoyable and well-played matches, with all teams showing great effort and teamwork.
Win Or Booze faced No Direction in a closely contested game, with No Direction coming away with a narrow 12–10 win. It was a great match to watch, with both teams playing positively and supporting each other right through to the final whistle.
Kiss My Pass and Rowdy Rockets shared the points in a 12–12 draw, in a balanced and entertaining game. Both teams had their moments and kept the energy high throughout, making it a really enjoyable contest.
In the final match of the night, Canterbury Hot Shots recorded an 18–0 win over Shooting Stars. Despite the scoreline, both teams showed great commitment on court, with Hot Shots working well together and Shooting Stars continuing to give their best effort throughout.
With just two weeks left in the season, it’s great to see teams continuing to develop, enjoy their games, and support one another each week. There’s still plenty of netball to look forward to as the season comes to a close.
