Play in the Canterbury Monday you play netball league

In an adrenaline-charged evening, the Canterbury Monday 7-side Netball Premier League saw one of the most thrilling nights of play in its seventh week. Teams Win Or Booze, Shooting Stars, No Direction, and Tigers all boldly took to the court, showcasing their skills and tenacity in an unforgettable face-off.

The night kicked off with a nail-biting match between Win Or Booze and Shooting Stars. The Stars demonstrated their dominance on the court, edging out Win Or Booze in a tense 23-20 victory. The energy was palpable as both teams fought hard until the final whistle, but it was the Shooting Stars who shone brightest, much to the delight of their ardent supporters.

In the second match of the evening, the Tigers showed their ferocity against No Direction. The Tigers displayed their defensive prowess, holding No Direction to a shutout and clinching the match 18-0, a result that will undoubtedly reverberate within the league for weeks to come.

However, the night belonged to one player in particular - Amy Jackson of the Rowdy Rockets. Although her team didn't compete on the night, Jackson's exceptional performances in previous weeks earned her the title of Most Valued Player. With her deft handling, sharp shooting skills, and charisma on the court, Jackson continues to be an inspiration for netball enthusiasts everywhere.

As we move into the 8th week of the season, the top scorers in the league remain Shooting Stars and the Tigers, thanks to their remarkable performances this week.
