Kettering Wednesday night netball - week 2

Week two of the Kettering Wednesday Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of netball, with teams taking to the court under the lights and continuing to build momentum early in the season. The league once again provided plenty of competitive but positive match play.

The evening began with Court In The Act recording a 12–3 win over Hoop Troopers. Hoop Troopers showed great determination throughout the match, but Court In The Act’s organised play and consistency helped them secure the result.

Ghostbusters followed with a strong performance against Hustlers, winning 19–2. Deb Holmes delivered an excellent display and was named Most Valued Player of the Week, playing a key role in guiding her team throughout the game.

Next on court, Wingin It enjoyed a convincing 24–3 win over Jumping Divas. Jumping Divas continued to work hard until the final whistle, while Wingin It made the most of their opportunities and moved the ball well.

A competitive contest saw Net Profits take a 13–6 win against The Vixens. Both teams showed good teamwork and commitment, with Net Profits edging ahead to secure the points.

The final match of the night saw Netspressos come away with a 22–9 win over One Hoop Wonders. Netspressos worked well together and finished strongly to close out the evening.

Week two of the Kettering Wednesday Netball League showcased the effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship across the league. With another round of matches complete, teams will now be looking ahead to week three and building on their performances so far.
