Leicester Sunday Night Netball Update 14th September

In a thrilling conclusion to the Leicester Sunday Night Netball season we witnessed some of the most riveting performances of the season.

Goal Diggers faced off against Foxes, resulting in a 16-7 victory for Foxes. Displaying impressive teamwork and strategic plays, the Foxes succeeded in maintaining a substantial lead. However, Goal Diggers showed commendable resilience and offered a tough competition.

On the other hand, an equally gripping match was observed between Netchicks and Stealing Passes, where the former triumphed with a close score of 11-8, with both teams showcasing phenomenal skills and tact.

However, the highlight of the week was Sigourney Peel of Stealing Passes, who was named the most valued player. Despite her team's loss, Peel's performance was exceptional, indicative of her sheer talent and commitment to the game.

Netchicks emerged victorious at the end of the season, accumulating a total of 16 points with 8 wins. This significant achievement is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and consistent performances throughout the season. Their synergy as a team and tactical proficiency led them to the top, marking the end of a remarkable season.
