Leicester Sunday Netball Update - Week 9

LEICESTER, UK – Week 9 of the Leicester Sunday Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of netball, with plenty of great teamwork, effort, and positive energy on display across all matches.

Netchicks had a strong game against the Foxes, coming away with a 15–7 win. Their communication and shooting accuracy really stood out, while the Foxes kept going throughout and showed great determination.

Goal Diggers and Brookside played out a closely fought and entertaining match, with Goal Diggers edging it 20–15. Both teams showed great movement and teamwork, making it one of the highlights of the evening.

Court Out and Stealing Passes wrapped up the night with a lively game. Court Out’s passing and teamwork helped them secure a 26–13 win, while Stealing Passes continued to show great spirit and effort from start to finish.

A special mention goes to Goal Diggers and Court Out, who both had strong scoring performances this week.

With just a few weeks left in the season, it’s fantastic to see all teams continuing to support each other, improve week by week, and enjoy their time on court. The league continues to be a great mix of friendly competition and social sport, with plenty of smiles along the way.
