Leicester Sunday Netball Update - Week 3

Another brilliant evening of netball took place this week in the Leicester Sunday League, with teams enjoying some close games, great teamwork, and plenty of positive energy on court.

Court Out and Foxes kicked off the evening with a fantastic game, with Court Out coming away with a 21-14 win after some excellent passing and strong teamwork throughout the match. Foxes kept the energy high and showed great determination from start to finish.

Stealing Passes and Goal Diggers also treated everyone to an entertaining game, with Stealing Passes securing a 16-11 victory. Both teams played with great spirit and created some lovely passages of play.

One of the closest games of the night saw Brookside take on Netchicks in a match that kept everyone watching right until the final whistle. Brookside edged the game 10-8, but both teams put in a fantastic effort and showed brilliant teamwork across the court.

A special shoutout goes to Yasmin Felstead from Netchicks, who was named Player of the Week after a standout performance full of energy, great movement, and excellent support for her teammates.

Well done to all teams for another enjoyable week of social netball. We can’t wait to see everyone back for more fun and friendly action next Sunday!
