Leicester Sunday Netball Update 26th October

Leicester's Sunday Netball experienced a surge of excitement last night as Week 6 of the season unfolded. The thrilling games had spectators on the edge of their seats as teams clashed, showcasing their skills, determination and teamwork.

The match between Foxes and Goal Diggers was a thrilling encounter. The Goal Diggers, with their relentless pursuit of victory, outshone the Foxes with a decisive 23-12 win. Their tenacious gameplay left the Foxes scrambling but ultimately unable to recover.

Court Out and Netchicks offered a nail-biting spectacle. Court Out managed to secure a crucial 17-9 victory. Their relentless pace and strategic gameplay kept the Netchicks on their toes, but it was not enough to bridge the gap.

However, the Netchicks weren't left completely disheartened, as their star player Shriya Patel was declared the Most Valued Player of the week. Patel's extraordinary performance throughout the game, despite the loss, was a testament to her skill and dedication to the team.

In a remarkable display of agility and precision, Stealing Passes reigned over Brookside with a 16-3 victory. The team's unstoppable offense paired with a resilient defence left their opponents with few opportunities to turn the tide.
