Week eight of the Mansfield Wednesday netball league took place last night, offering an enjoyable round of matches and some strong team performances.

The evening began with Stealing Passes putting in a confident display against On Target, securing a 20–8 win. They settled into the game well and maintained steady control throughout.

Shooting Stars also delivered a solid performance, overcoming High Hoops with a 10–4 result. Their teamwork and consistent scoring helped them see the game through comfortably.

In another match, Black Panthers came away with a 16–9 win over Ballers. Jen Oliver stood out with an impressive all-round performance, earning recognition as player of the week for her contribution on court.

It was another good evening of netball, with teams continuing to build momentum as the season progresses. The league table is starting to take shape, and it will be interesting to see how things develop over the coming weeks.
